    • Once you select your dress and size, email your delivery and return dates and we will then email you confirmation

    • Pay a £50 deposit (refundable upon safe return of the dress).

    • Prior to your chosen hire date, we will email you a reminder that your order is on the way.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?

    We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. We treat all cases on an individual basis and 99% of the time the dress comes back in perfect condition – there’s something about wearing a designer dress that makes you feel fabulous and take extra care of it!

    How are the dresses cleaned?

    We will look after the dry cleaning and take great care to get the dresses cleaned as soon as they arrive back to us.

    ​

    How long can I hire the dress?

    7 days is usually sufficient time to allow for delivery, wearing the dress and returning it.  If you require the dress for longer (perhaps you are taking it on a cruise), then arrangements can be made – just call and we’ll confirm if it is available for a longer period of time (this may incur an additional cost).

    How do I pay for the outfit?
    We ask that you make an online bank transfer.

    ​

    Is there a postage charge?

    Yes we charge £10 towards secure, tracked postage and packaging.

    ​

    Will the dresses need to be ironed/steamed upon arrival?

    We do our best to ensure your dresses arrive wrinkle-free. Each dress is steamed and pressed before being delivered. If you receive a dress with slight creases, please try steaming the garment on low heat or contact us for advice.

    Will my personal information be shared with any third parties?

    Absolutely not.

    ​

    How do I return my dress?

    Please return the dress in the box it arrived in and allow plenty of time for it to arrive on time.  Someone else might be waiting for the dress so late returns incur a £10 per day fee.

    Can I keep or purchase a dress?
